 I have been the Managing Director of the Owls Care Home since May 28th 2016.

April 1997 – Present -  Managing Director of ARC Community Care Ltd 

May 2016 -  Present  Managing Director of  The Owls Care Home

An experienced healthcare professional with skills developed within Phyciatric hospitals and residential and community environments.

Able to manage and motivate staff at all levels.

I worked in Psychiatric hospitals for 6 years mostly with people with Alzheimers disease and elderly assessment before moving onto Acute admissions.

From there I worked in residential as a home manager then founded ARC Community Care Ltd in 1997.

Role within the Company
Working with our Registered manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the home.

To ensure the company achieves the standards set by the CQC and that good work practices are adhered to by all staff, keeping all policies and procedures up to date and making sure that all staff in the company know about any changes in legislation.

To ensure the continued growth and success of the company.

Interests
Walking, Cycling, Computers, Photography, Astronomy, Gardening.

I am a bee keeper and find being around bees a relaxing hobby.
